Stage 4: Start Prioritising and Maintaining a Backlog
Now, we’ll cover how to get new ideas and prioritise your backlog.
Stage 5: Upgrade Your Experimentation System
Finally, we’ll take everything you’ve learned so far and look at how to scale it up through your growth meetings, learning from failed experiments and bulletproofing your growth process.
